ICU Medical currently has an open position for a Oracle Business Analyst located in San Clemente, California.
Functional lead responsible for providing leadership and developing appropriate recommendations for the implementation of supply chain and manufacturing related technology solutions using Oracle applications and related tools. Additional responsibilities include analysis and support of the existing software systems, configuring custom processes, and managing projects and project teams.

Requirements:
- 4 year Degree (BA/BS) in Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
- APICS, PMI certification is desirable.

- Oracle Applications Modules (R11 and/or R12) – All modules required:

Designer / Draftsman 2 (San Clemente, California) |

Designer / Draftsman 2 located in San Clemente, California.
Major Accountabilities:
- Creation of detailed drawings from 3D models.
- Accountable for detail drawings meeting company CAD standards.
- Take 3D models from engineers and re-build to clean up tree structure.
- Create 3D models from conceptual ideas.
- Create and release part/product drawing prints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revise and release drawings per ICU Medical drawing conventions.
- Support Product Development and R&D Engineering with models and drawings in
order to help them to make the parts and products that they need.
- Create assembled component drawings utilizing SolidWorks software.
- Make three-dimensional drawings from SolidWorks software. This includes product
drawings and mold drawings such as core pins and mold inserts.
- From conceptual ideas create solid parametric models using sketches, solids, and
explicit curve geometry.
- Assist Marketing in constructing pictorial representations of product drawings
for product literature and catalogs.
- Work in other R&D areas as required.
Education/Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks software ? Equal
emphasis on parametric solid-modeling and creation of detail drawings in
SolidWorks. Knowledge of drafting practices and principles, calipers, and
measuring devices. Knowledge of injection-molding practices and procedures.
Understanding of design intent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years solid-modeling experience with
SolidWorks. Minimum three years drafting experience. Minimum two years plastics

| Buyer/Planner (Salt Lake City, Utah) |
ICU Medical currently has an open position for a Buyer/Planner located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Buyer/Planner is responsible for planning inventory levels required to meet shipment and operations objectives through manufacturing or purchasing. Interface with Suppliers and Manufacturing personnel as required to meet/exceed Customer Service requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Review and take appropriate action on customer demand for Finished Goods or raw materials requirement.
- Create purchase and work orders, modify existing PO's / WO's, and expedite deliveries.
- Work with suppliers to balance capacity and requirements to satisfy OTD and inventory levels.
- Reconcile and improve supplier OTD.
- Review, evaluate and make disposition of Excess and Obsolete inventory.
- Manage supplier non-conformance issues.
- Participate in Purchasing and Manufacturing LEAN programs.
- Assist supply chain with supplier relationship by reviewing on a monthly basis.
- Work with Product Managers and Planner to develop stocking / pull levels to support market demand.

| Machinist (Salt Lake City, Utah) |
ICU Medical currently has an open position for a Machinist located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Machinist needed for a fast paced mold shop. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to being able read and work from complex blue prints, Tool Room Requests, as well as verbal instructions to fabricate needed components. This will require being able to set and operate metal working machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to machine parts to specification and then to verify conformance to the specification. A working knowledge of CNC programming and Master Cam is a must. Being able to hold close dimensional tolerances is also required and is typically ± 0.001" but can range from ± 0.01" to ± 0.0001". Must be able to read, write and maintain all proper documentation of work performed, filling out Tool Room Requests, updating blue prints, and recording the spare parts status. The type of materials being used includes hardened steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, silicone, graphite, and various types of plastics This position will also involve the building of take out tooling used to remove plastic parts from injection molds. Experience with the design and fabrication and wiring of these tools is preferred but not required. Must be a team player and work well with others. Salary will be dependent on experience. Applicants will be accessed on their ability to meet the needs of the following areas.
Major Accountabilities:
- Support the Mold Shop in the construction parts needed for the repair of tools.
- Fabricate components needed for automation and assembly equipment.
- Manufacture components for Research and Development.

Education and Experience:
Five years Minimum trade experience or training equal to an approved apprenticeship. Must have knowledge and understanding of: Multiple view drawings, mechanical and complex drawings. The ability to draw and program using Master Cam and Solid works. Proficient in the use of all typical machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, surface grinders EDM's etc.). Skilled in the use of basic shop mathematics, trigonometry, plane geometry and basic speeds and feeds needed to produce quality products. Must be a self starter and work with limited supervision. Able to use appropriate precision measuring tools.

ICU Medical currently has an open position for a QA/RA Customer Satisfaction Specialist located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Primary Responsibilities of the QA/RA Customer Satisfaction Specialist include but are not limited to: * Encourage and maintain direct communication with Product Service Representatives (sales force) worldwide. Gather, trend and disseminate feedback from and to the sales force on product and service needs, enhancements and satisfaction levels. Acts as an early trend spotter for potential problems so they can be mitigated in their earliest state possible. * Maintain direct communication with customers and clinicians gathering and requesting feedback (customer satisfaction surveys). Trending and disseminating this data to the drivers of product and process improvers.* Occasional direct liaison with PSR's, customers and clinicians for direct feedback and in-servicing to allow customer issues to be more fully understood and replicated. (occasional travel required) *Work with Regulatory and Quality Management and Customer Service for recall and/ or RGA coordination. Querying multiple diverse databases and business units for product identification and traceability of distribution. * Review Risk management and assessment activities coming from the complaint process, design process, CAPA process, regulatory clinical evaluation process and MDR and Vigilance process.*Any other duties as requested.

| Process Technician (Salt Lake City, Utah) |
ICU Medical currently has an open position for a Process Technician located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Process Technician will perform mold set ups, ensure function and movement of components operate freely, are in proper starting location and do not interfere with machine function. Ensure hoses and wires are secured as not to become smashed or torn when press is in operation. Perform start up, verify operation of press and mold are correct. Submit parts and documentation to Quality Assurance Department for startup, once quality is confirmed. Maintain production requirements based on input from Supervisor. Ensure cycle times and quality of assigned machines are consistent with departmental procedures, practices and within validated parameters. Complete and document changes in proper data collection programs. This is a 12 hour rotating night shift position.
Specific Tasks Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify quality of product in assigned section
- Correct quality issues within allowable limits
- Ensure all documentation is filled out correctly and in a timely manner per procedures
- Look for possible improvements and communicate them to appropriate groups
- Process Quality issues and/or provide data to appropriate groups to resolve problem
- Back up to Supervisor
- Responsible for scrap in assigned areas
Skills /Education: Some supervisory and interpersonal skills required. Minimum of 5 years in Injection Molding Processing environment. Mechanically inclined . Good hand eye coordination. Work well with hands and able to easily manipulate small hand tools. Able to operate various cranes, electric pallet jacks and carts. General education.
