The Transpac pressure monitoring system provides the clinician with a direct (invasive) method to assess a patient's hemodynamic and cardiovascular status. Intracranial and other compartmental pressures can also be measured. With this information, clinicians can evaluate the cardiovascular system's ability to provide blood to the tissues. Invasive monitoring continuously detects changes in blood pressure, in real time and can display the effect of drug therapies. |
