The Q2 Plus SO2/CCO monitor provides continuous measurement of cardiac output and blood oxyhemoglobin saturation levels. When used in conjunction with the OptiQ catheter, this system can provide information that may be valuable in assessing and managing the hemodynamic status of critically ill patients. ICU Medical's exclusive CCO algorithm provides rapid response to changes in cardiac output. The exclusive 3-wavelength system for reflectance spectrophotometry provides accurate SO2 measurements independent of varying hemoglobin levels. This eliminates the need for laboratory updates of hemoglobin and hematocrit. A large color screen and enhanced user interface allow for clear display and input of data.
OptiQ Monitoring System
- Provides rapid response to changes in cardiac output
- Eliminate the need for bolus cardiac output injections
